Terms and Conditions of Ordering
Order acceptance, and the completion of the contract
between you and us, will take place on the dispatch
of the products ordered unless we have notified
you that we do not accept your order or you have
cancelled by communicating your intent to Purchasing.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result
of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from
stock.
Our inability to obtain authorization for your
payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description
error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria
(e.g. entitlement to upgrade).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the
Company Management. Please contact Purchasing
with as much detail as possible to enable us to
fully evaluate your claim. Do not notify your
card merchant as this will only slow your refund
processing. |
